Infrared photography produces images that are not possible with conventional photographic films. Near infrared light consists of light just beyond visible red light which when capture Images take on a dramatic, ethereal view of our world. This set of images were taken during a 4 week tour of China . All of these were from a Sony 717 in nightshot mode with a IR cut filter and 10XND to give me and shutter speed of a 60th of a sec. to allow me to shoot from a boat traveling down the Li River.
